• IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) – Collected to provide personalized ads through AdMob.

• Analytics Data – Information about your usage of the App, including app interactions, session duration, and device information, collected via Firebase and MixPanel.
• Device and Network Information – Includes your device model, operating system, and IP address, collected for app performance monitoring and analytics purposes.
1.3 Uploaded Images (Face Data)
• When you upload a photo to generate a video, that image may contain facial information.
• Images are temporarily sent to a third-party AI video generation service for processing.
• We do not collect or use biometric identifiers or facial recognition data.
• Images are not stored on our servers and are automatically deleted shortly after processing is complete.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
• Provide and improve the App’s features and services.
• Process uploaded images and generate AI videos via a third-party video generation service.
• Deliver personalized advertisements through AdMob.
• Analyze app usage and performance using Firebase and MixPanel.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, promotions, or support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services:
• Video Generation API – Used to generate AI videos. Images you upload are sent securely and temporarily to the API for processing. These images are automatically deleted after processing and are never used for any other purpose.
• Firebase & MixPanel – Used to monitor app usage, crash data, and improve app functionality.
• AdMob – Used to serve in-app advertisements, which may use the IDFA for personalized ad delivery.
Each third-party provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
4. Data Retention
• User Data – We retain User ID and analytics data for as long as needed to operate and improve the App or to comply with legal obligations.
• Uploaded Images – Images are used only for the immediate purpose of generating videos. They are deleted automatically after processing and are never stored by the App or reused in any way.
5. Your Privacy Choices
• Managing IDFA – You can manage or limit ad tracking via your device settings.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads – You may opt out of personalized ads using your device’s privacy settings or AdMob’s opt-out tools.
• Data Deletion – You can request the deletion of your User ID and associated information by contacting us at: support@ramymalik.com.
6. Facial Image Handling
To clarify how we handle face data specifically:
• Uploaded face images are used only to generate the requested video.
• We do not use facial recognition, store facial features, or retain images after processing.
• Face data is not shared with any parties beyond our video processing provider, and it is never used for identity verification, analytics, or marketing.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such a case, we will delete the information immediately.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will post the updated version within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your agreement to the revised terms.
